This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit libertypointeconsulting.com, fill out a form, schedule a consultation, join our email list, complete an assessment, or register for a program or event (together, the "Site").

Information you provide to us

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, subscribe to our emails, or request information
  • Booking information when you schedule a Discovery Consultation or other appointment, such as your name, contact details, and anything you share about your business
  • Assessment responses, if you complete the Business Wellness Assessment™ or another diagnostic tool on the Site
  • Registration and payment information when you register for workshops, webinars, programs, or events. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card number on our systems
  • Communications, such as emails or messages you send us

  • Device and usage information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in the Cookies and Analytics section below

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Business transfers. If LPC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy

If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. You will still receive essential service communications related to appointments or purchases.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
